One of the other reasons I love this recipe so much is because it has tons of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties in it (thank you cilantro).

  • 2 organic green apples
  • 2 organic stalks celery
  • 2 large organic kale leaves
  • 1 organic medium cucumber
  • ¼ organic fresh cilantro
  • 2 peeled organic lemons

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wash and prepare ingredients
  2. Add ingredients through juicer — start with the apple, then add the kale, celery, cilantro, followed by lemon and finally the cucumber.

The beautiful blend of lemons, oranges and ginger will definitely excite your taste buds. Did you know that pineapple is really great easing a bloated belly? Yep it is true!

  • ⤳  ½  diced organic pineapple
  • ⤳ 1 medium organic orange
  • ⤳ 2 large peeled organic lemons
  • ⤳ ½-inch fresh ginger

I have to admit, this is not my favourite green juice, simply due to the taste. However, one of the things that helps me push past the taste is the huge benefits that my body receives when drinking it. Dandelion is hands done one of the best helps to herbs to ingest when you’re looking to detox the liver. It also has an amazing effect on regulating our blood sugars.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • ⤳ 1 head of organic romaine lettuce
  • ⤳ 2 stalks of organic celery
  • ⤳ 1 handful of organic spinach
  • ⤳ 2 large organic green apples
  • ⤳ 2 organic peeled limes
  • ⤳ ½-inch fresh organic ginger
  • ⤳ 1 c  organic dandelion greens

This is one of my favorite juices by far. If you’re looking to give your digestion a kick start, ginger will do the trick. Whether you have a tummy ache, or nausea, ginger has got your back. This juice is also packed with tons of fibre, thanks to the beautiful addition on grapefruit. Not only is grapefruit packed with fibre, but it also is a rich source of vitamin C, potassium and lycopene which supports your heart.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • ⤳ 1 organic green apple
  • ⤳ 5 leaves or organic romaine lettuce
  • ⤳ ½-inch piece fresh organic ginger
  • ⤳ 1 peeled organic lemon
  • ⤳ 1 c fresh organic parsley
  • ⤳ 1 medium organic grapefruit

  • ⤳ ½  organic pineapple peeled

The secret ingredient to help accomplish this goal is the daikon radish. You may be wondering what the heck a daikon radish is. I will give you hint…it looks like a white carrot. The daikon radish is not only jam packed with anti-bacterial properties, but it is also is a diuretic which will help your kidneys release all the excess water you’re carrying.
